A name, location, or other term entered into a search tool is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Sussex County Busted Mugshots does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s privacy terms apply to the submitted query and its results.
Messages
Email or a contact submission may be retained long enough to respond, investigate an issue, or meet a legal obligation. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, or the service.
Technical Data and Cookies
Like most websites, this resource may receive technical information when a page loads. This information helps maintain the site and understand broad usage patterns.
